“Pretend I’m not here guys, and just fart around.” That’s always the advice I offer couples or families that aren’t really sure what they’re “supposed” to do during a photo session. Obviously, there’s more to that of course. I do suggest some poses and positioning to help guide a little, but the very best and most memorable, natural images are always a result of goofing around a bit. Ali and Mark were a terrific example of just that. It didn’t hurt at all that Mark could make Ali laugh at the drop of a hat too. The open mouth – knee slapping kind too, might I add. Ali and Mark will be celebrating their wedding next summer at the beautiful Keltic Lodge in Ingonish. I already can’t wait for this one. If their day was even half as fun as their engagement session, I know I’ll be in for a great time.
