“How about a cheesecake shop?”, Emily said excited.  “How about… let’s go!”, I returned. lol
Emily and I met at art school in Halifax, where she’d fly into the studio all excited and pumped and showed me her latest jewellery creations every week. I was extra oober excited, not only when she asked me to photograph her upcoming PEI wedding, but of course to see what I knew must have been the unique rock that ‘sealed the deal’ for long time bo, Kris. Like her amazing ring, this fantastic couple is both playful and unique. I just loved her suggestion to hit up the “sweet” stylish interior of Quinpool’s Sweet Hereafter Cheesecakery, which by the way….. YUM!! The rest of our time was spent just around the corner of their old apartment, exploring some fantastic old stone and brick. Nothing says love better than the playful warning from Kris to Emily… “watch out for the rat holes”, to set a gal on red-alert.
I can’t wait for this summer’s PEI adventure. If it’s anything like their engagement session, I’m definitely in for a few laughs.
