I left with 30+ fly bites, smeared mascara, a heart-full of happiness for two complete strangers.
While the churches and venues on our beautiful island often leave me jaw-dropped, there’s something so touching and naturally beautiful about celebrating outdoors, in someone’s backyard. And in this case, Amy & Eric gathered their friends and family in Eric’s parent’s yard, overlooking beautiful East Bay.
Although I’m fibbing about the fly bites (I think I only had 10), the emotions and loved shared that August afternoon, were ones I feel very privileged to have shared in and captured.
